The waste of water is a growing problem and water is becoming more and more scarce. Many people are not aware of how much water is wasted every day.
When the tap is running, 4 gallons of water are wasted down the drain each minute. When brushing our teeth, washing our hands, doing the dishes, preparing food or washing the car, many gallons of water are wasted. On average an individual uses no less than 35.7 gallons of water a day. This adds up to 13210 gallons per person a year, of which only 3% is used for consumption purposes.
